California-based network security provider Versa Networks announced it raised $120 million in a mix of equity and debt led by BlackRock, with participation from Silicon Valley Bank. CEO Kelly Ahuja said this is Versa's final funding round as the company is expecting to go public in the next 18 months. Founded in 2012, Versa has raised $316 million to date.
