Verventa Holdings, an affiliate of Advent International, has received approval from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) to acquire equity securities of up to 10% in Yes Bank. Verventa Holdings Ltd (Acquirer) is an investment holding company. In July, Yes Bank's board had approved raising ₹8,898 crore in equity capital from Carlyle and Advent International.
