A video has surfaced wherein Vice President and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar could be seen reacting to AAP MP Sanjay Singh's demand to increase jail budget. Dhankhar called Singh's remarks "emotional" and asked BJP leader JP Nadda to consider his request. "[Singh]...made a very emotional appeal to increase jail budget.
