Congress MP Shashi Tharoor on Monday reacted to ousted Bangladesh PM Sheikh Hasina's death sentence by a special tribunal in Bangladesh for committing crimes against humanity. "Trial in absentia, when somebody does not get a chance to defend themselves and explain themselves, and then you declare a death penalty...It is a very troubling development," Tharoor added.
