V-Guard Industries on Friday announced that it has signed definitive agreements to acquire Sunflame Enterprises for ₹660 crore. V-Guard will acquire a 100% stake in the kitchen appliances maker on a cash-free, debt-free basis. The company said it expects the transaction to close by the mid of January 2023. Shares of V-Guard jumped over 4% after the deal was announced.
