Instant messaging service Viber on Tuesday introduced end-to-end encryption for messages and calls on its platform, that will come with varying levels of security. It also introduced the concept of hidden chats which allows locking certain conversations using a four-digit PIN. These services were initially rolled out in four countries and is expected to launch globally in the coming weeks.
