An alleged video showing a man's head chopped in Manipur has surfaced on social media, two days after a clip showed two women being paraded naked. The man was reportedly killed during clashes on July 2 in which three people lost their lives. Manipur has been witnessing violence between the majority Meitei community and the tribal Kukis.
