A video purportedly showed a man pulling 'thermocol' from a crack in a concrete barrier on Delhi-Katra Expressway. Senior Advisor at I&B Ministry, Kanchan Gupta, mocked people who made and shared it. "The foam referred to as 'thermocol' is expanded polystyrene, a standard material used for expansion joints in highway construction to accommodate thermal movement and prevent cracking," he explained.
