An old video of AAP's Bhagwant Mann participating in a comedy show, where Congress' Navjot Singh Sidhu was a judge, has gone viral, after Punjab Assembly election results. The video shows Mann explaining what "gormint" (government) means. "The one that looks closely (gaur se) at every issue but forgets about it in a minute is called gormint," he said.
