A video of US President Donald Trump shaking hands with his Portuguese counterpart Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa has surfaced online. The viral footage showed the Portuguese President come out of his car and drag Trump towards him as they shook hands. Trump hosted the Portuguese President at the White House on Wednesday.
