In a shocking incident in Lucknow, a pregnant dog was allegedly thrashed with sticks and tied with a barbed wire. A video of the incident also shows the pregnant dog being dragged using a motorcycle. After the video went viral on social media, the police arrested two accused and registered a case at the Gomtinagar police station.
