A video from US' recently released UFO files showed streaks of light changing direction abruptly "as if on command". This was followed by a pair of 'eye-shaped' lights appearing in the video and fluttering around in the sky. The video was reportedly submitted by US' Department of the Army and is among many files released by the Department of War.
