A video of 'Khujli gang' members looting people in Delhi has surfaced on social media. The video shows one of the gang members spraying itching powder on a man's back in a crowded market, forcing him to remove his shirt due to uncontrollable itching and leave his belongings unattended. The other gang member can then be seen stealing his belongings.
