A probe has begun after a video surfaced online showing a car pulling a bike under its chassis in Shaheed Path area of Uttar Pradesh's Lucknow. The clip, recorded near Sushant Golf City area, shows sparks flying as the bike is pulled by the speeding car, reportedly as the driver tried to escape. Police is working to trace the driver.
