A video has surfaced online showing firing on a street in Ambarnath near Mumbai amid a fight between two groups. "There was a bullock cart race organised on Sunday morning between two groups. By evening the two groups indulged in some fight which was followed by open firing," police said. Though no one was injured, a car's windshield was damaged.

Earthquake tremors were felt in parts of north India including Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir as 5.8-magnitude earthquake hit Pakistan on Saturday. The earthquake occurred at around 1 pm. The epicentre of the earthquake was located 60 kilometres northwest of Rawalpindi. As per initial reports, no damage or casualties were reported.
