Heavy traffic congestion was seen around Delhi's Shastri Park on Thursday morning after traffic was diverted on several routes due to waterlogging caused after the rise in water level in Yamuna. Meanwhile, the traffic coming from Shahdara on GT road towards ISBT, Kashmere Gate has been diverted from Seelampur T-point via Keshav Chowk-Karkardooma Court, the Delhi Traffic Police said.
