A video has surfaced online showing a homeless man stabbing a woman in the head with scissors in LA's North Hollywood area. Los Angeles Police said that the pair of scissors was lodged in the victim's skull and narrowly missed her brain. The 22-year-old victim was hospitalized with a fractured skull. The incident happened earlier this week.
