A family in Ohio, US said they had a lucky escape after the iPhone 4 they left charging overnight on the kitchen counter caught fire. "Our kids were charging our old iPhone 4 with the Apple charger...and it exploded...while we were sleeping," wrote Brian Leisgang on Facebook. The person stated that Apple's response was that the product was vintage.
