A video showing a man shouting over a crying baby on a Southwest Airlines flight to Florida has gone viral online. In the video, the man can be heard saying, "That child has been crying for 40 minutes." He was also seen yelling at flight attendants. The airline issued an apology to passengers "who had to experience such unacceptable behaviour".
