A video circulating online shows Manali blanketed in heavy snowfall, with several vehicles buried under thick layers of snow. Authorities launched road clearance operations after multiple vehicles were seen stranded. Officials said snowfall was also reported in the upper reaches of Ramban, Doda, Kishtwar, Poonch, Rajouri and Udhampur, with accumulations ranging from five inches to over a foot.
