Visuals showing an open manhole right outside the entry gate of Mumbai's ever-crowded CSMT station have emerged, raising concerns about people's safety. A particular video showed people walking very close to the gaping hole, which has been temporarily covered with thermocol, bricks and a barricade. This comes amid rising incidents of people dying after falling into manholes amid monsoon rains.
