A video has surfaced showing the crash of a plane carrying Libya’s military chief, General Mohammed Ali Ahmed al-Haddad, in Turkey’s Haymana. He and seven others were killed when their Falcon 50 jet crashed shortly after taking off from Ankara on Tuesday. According to Turkish officials, the aircraft reported an electrical problem after take-off.
