A video purportedly showing the moment Sanjay Shah, CEO of US-based Vistex, fell from an aerial iron cage on the stage during the company's event in Hyderabad has surfaced online. The 56-year-old died while his colleague was injured. The elevated structure was to be lowered from a height when the iron chain supporting it broke on one side, police said.
