National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) on Tuesday rescued a child trapped in floodwaters midstream of Swarna river in Dehradun's Premnagar. In a video, a personnel was seen ziplining to the middle of the flooded river to reach the pole-like structure, atop which the child was stranded. He then attached the carabiner to the child, who then ziplined back to safety.
