A video has surfaced showing locals looting diesel in buckets and containers after wagons of a goods train derailed in Madhya Pradesh's Ratlam. "One of the wagons is leaking petroleum product and we're taking all precautions to avoid untoward incident," said Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of Ratlam Rajnish Kumar. Railway officials had asked people to stay away from the area.
