Video shows rape convict ex-MP Prajwal talking on phone, wearing civilian clothes in Bengaluru jail

A video has surfaced online, showing rape convict Prajwal Revanna using a smartphone in his jail cell and wearing civilian clothes. Revanna, who is a former JD(S) MP and ex-PM Deve Gowda's grandson, could be seen speaking to someone on the call. Jail Assistant Superintendent Eeranna Rangapur was suspended by authorities for lapses.
