After private military group Wagner's forces entered the southern Russian city of Rostov-on-Don and took control of its military facilities, a video showing a tank stuck between the gates of a circus building has surfaced online. Wagner chief Yevgeny Prigozhin, who has threatened to punish Russia's military leadership, said they will blockade the city of Rostov and head for Moscow.
