A video has surfaced online showing tsunami waves hitting the Russian town of Severo-Kurilsk after an 8.8-magnitude earthquake struck Kamchatka coast on Wednesday. The earthquake occurred at 4.54 am (IST) on Wednesday. Tsunami warnings have also been issued for Hawaii, Japan and Pacific islands, including Midway Island, Johnston Atoll and Palmyra Island.
