A video of Regent International, considered to be the world's largest residential building, has gone viral on social media. The 675-foot-tall, S-shaped building in China houses 20,000 people, has a capacity of 30,000 residents and was conceived as a high-end hotel. It spans about 14.7 lakh square metres and consists of shopping centres, restaurants, schools, hospitals and recreational facilities.
