Actress Medha Shankr said '12th Fail' director Vidhu Vinod Chopra was "very particular" that she and Vikrant Massey weren't supposed to imitate IPS officer Manoj Sharma and his wife Shraddha. "You'll have to take inspiration from who they're but also make your own character," Medha recalled Vidhu as saying. She added her life has taken 180-degree turn after the film.
