Vietnam's Health Ministry on Saturday reported its first case of the new coronavirus variant that emerged in the UK. The variant was detected in a 44-year-old woman returning to Vietnam from Britain, who was quarantined upon arrival and tested COVID-19 positive on December 24, it added.
