Vietnamese PM Pham Minh will be signing deals with Russia, including an agreement for oil and gas, amid the fuel shortage crisis due to the US-Iran war. He will also sign agreements on nuclear power plant projects, trade and investment during his visit to Moscow. This comes after Vietnamese officials warned of flight cuts April onwards due to fuel shortages.
