Vietnam police have arrested a businessman for making and selling fake negative COVID-19 test certificates. Tran Tuan Duong was arrested while selling six certificates to a client for one million dong ($43.86) on Wednesday, police said. The 34-year-old has confessed to selling around 150 such documents, they added. The arrest comes as the country battles its worst COVID-19 outbreak yet.
