Jammu and Kashmir administration has said all government employees will have to obtain the latest vigilance clearance to get a passport. The order said Anti-Corruption Bureau highlighted to the government about the current system wherein vigilance report isn't sought from those who have cases pending against them. "There's an urgent necessity to instruct all departments to issue NOC," it added.
