Vijay Kedia-backed TAC InfoSec signed a binding term sheet to acquire Israel-based Safehouse Technologies for ₹1 crore, subject to due diligence and approvals. The acquisition will strengthen its consumer cybersecurity business, adding Safehouse's application with over 10 lakh downloads and expanding TAC InfoSec's presence in the global digital protection market.
