Market veteran Vijay Kedia has acquired 12 lakh shares of Greaves Cotton through a block deal worth ₹25 crore. The shares of the company surged around 15% to hit a record high of ₹246 per share on Tuesday after the block deal. This comes ahead of the proposed IPO of the company's electric vehicle arm, Greaves Electric Mobility.
