Actor-politician Vijay's 'Jana Nayagan', which is scheduled to be released on January 9, is yet to receive a certificate from CBFC, which informed the Madras High Court on Tuesday that the movie will be reviewed by a new panel. The film's team had approached the HC saying that despite being submitted a month ago, the certification hadn't been received.
