An old remark of actor & TVK chief Vijay has resurfaced after his wife Sangeetha filed for divorce, alleging his extramarital relationship. In a resurfaced interview of 2022, Vijay described his wife Sankgeetha as a "strict critic" who closely followed his professional choices. Sangeetha has termed the marriage as having "irretrievably broken down".
