DMDK Founder and actor Vijayakanth's last rites will be held at the party office in Chennai's Koyambedu on Friday. The actor's mortal remains will first be taken from Koyambedu office to Island Grounds for people to be able to pay their respects from 6 am to 1 pm. Vijayakanth passed away aged 71 at a Chennai hospital on Thursday.
