Leading stock exchange NSE has proposed a pay package of ₹8 crore per annum for its new CEO Vikram Limaye. Limaye's annual pay would be nearly double that of the total remuneration earned by the chiefs of rivals BSE and MSEI. At a meeting, NSE will seek shareholders' approval for Limaye's appointment for five years and his remuneration package.
