While there've been calls for Rajya Sabha seat for Vinesh Phogat, she's not eligible to be a member, rules show. Minimum age to be Rajya Sabha member is 30, and Phogat turns 30 on August 25. Rajya Sabha elections will be held on September 3 and last date to file nomination papers is August 21, four days before Phogat's birthday.
