VinFast has filed a design patent in India for its upcoming Rasad electric maxi-scooter, signalling that the Vietnamese electric vehicle maker could be preparing a broader two-wheeler portfolio for the Indian market. The Rasad was unveiled globally earlier in 2026 and is positioned as a performance-oriented electric maxi-scooter.
