Haryana's Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) said that enforcement authorities in Gurugram, Rewari and Mahendragarh will recover the cost of demolition drives in unauthorised colonies from owners of properties and property dealers. DTCP has carried out nearly 100 demolition drives against unauthorised colonies over the past year, officials said.
