Financial services firm Visa has said CEO Charles Scharf is stepping down and will be succeeded by former American Express Co-President​ Alfred Kelly. The latter, who is already on Visa's board of directors, will take over from December 1. Scharf said in a letter to his employees​ that he is resigning to spend more time with his family.
