Ahmedabad-based Vishal Fabrics, a Chiripal Group member and major Indian denim manufacturer, allotted 80,67,176 equity shares to Mauritius-based Elysian Wealth Fund. These shares were issued at ₹30.60 following warrant conversions. Vishal Fabrics received ₹18.51 crore from Elysian Wealth Fund, representing the remaining 75% issue price as warrants were exercised on a preferential basis.
