Vishal Sikka resigned as the MD and CEO of Infosys on Friday. Sikka has now been appointed the Executive Vice Chairman of the company. Further, Infosys' Chief Operating Officer UB Pravin Rao has been appointed as the interim CEO. "After much reflection, I've concluded that it's indeed time for me to leave my current positions," said Sikka.
