Vispy Kharadi holds 335.6-kg Hercules pillars for over 2 minutes, sets Guinness World Record

The Guinness World Records took to X to share a video of India's Vispy Kharadi breaking the world record for 'Longest duration holding Hercules pillars (male)' in Surat, Gujarat. Vispy held the pillars for 2 minutes and 10.75 seconds to achieve the record. The pillars, measuring 123 inches in height with a 20.5-inch diameter, weighed 166.7 kg and 168.9 kg.
