Sanjay Shah, the 56-year-old CEO of enterprise software company Vistex, was inside an aerial iron cage when it collapsed at a height of 25 feet at the Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. During the company's silver jubilee celebrations, when the iron cage was being lowered, the cable broke from one side and he fell on the concrete stage, police said.
