Vistra shares surged about 11% premarket after the company finalized long-term power purchase agreements with Meta Platforms. Under the deals, Vistra will supply more than 2,600 megawatts of carbon-free nuclear power to support Meta data centers, strengthening demand for clean energy in the PJM Interconnection region over the next two decades.
