Visually impaired boy becomes BDA chairman for one day

Twelve-year-old Rahul, a visually impaired boy, symbolically became the BDA Chairman for a Day at the authority’s headquarters in Bengaluru. BDA Chairman NA Haris helped Rahul sit in the official chair. Around 65 visually impaired children from Jyothi Seva School for the Blind attended the programme, which aimed to boost confidence, encourage leadership and promote inclusion.
